Stepwise Instructions for completing
the membership application
Contact your sponsor and determine
your eligible Class and Rank of membership.
Initial non-professional ranks are Chevalier and Dame de la Chaîne.
Initial professional ranks are determined in consultation with
the Bailli but generally are either Maître or Chef.
Adjust size as desired. Tick the small box in the
upper right of the pdf form entitled "Highlight Fields".
Fill in the highlighted sections that are applicable.
If you do not wish to supply the requested information just leave
the section blank. Privacy of Information has not yet reached Europe!
Save the completed pdf file and print a copy for
signatures.
Sign the application as indicated.
Contact your sponsor(s) and obtain their signatures
as indicated.
Make out a cheque payable to the Chaine des Rôtisseurs
to the amount of $530.00 ($430 if under 35).
Mail the completed application and cheque to the
Argentier for processing.
