Maître Grillardin Matti (Piccolo) Lyytikainen treated the members of the Chaîne des Rotisseurs to a gastronomic delight Saturday with an outstanding food and wine selections typical of Restaurant House Piccolo. Located on spectacular Salt spring Island BC, Piccolo and his capable staff presented one of the most memorable events attended by members of the Chaîne lucky enough to reserve space in his small restaurant in Ganges Harbour for this October 23, 2004 event.
