Chaîne Summer Picnic

The Victoria Bailliage of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs would like to thank Linda Plimley and Michael Betts, proprietors of the Chalet Estate Winery, for hosting the Chaîne picnic at the winery and for the opportunity to sample many of their fine red and white wines. Executive Chef Takashi Ito and Executive Sous Chef Andre Lapointe of the Fairmont Empress Hotel prepared the lamb, salmon and chicken barbeque and salads were donated by the Fairmont Empress Hotel and the Marriott Inner Harbour Hotel. We thank you all for a great summer event!
